Celebrating over 50 years of winemaking, Brett has steered ZD to be known as one of Napa Valley's iconic family owned and operated brands and is producing world-class wines which have cemented a legacy in the industry.

With an instantly craveable menu, Humble Bistro has established itself as more than an ordinary Italian eatery in the Phoenix market and offers diverse and unique selections made with only the freshest ingredients. We are thrilled to welcome Humble Bistro Executive Chef and Partner, Jorge Gomez to our kitchen and are excited to share his passion and enthusiasm for vibrant dining experiences with you.

Westin Kierland Executive Chef Chris Masco and Executive Sous Chef David Roldan look forward to working with Chef Jorge and having another opportunity to take inspiration from the ZD portfolio to create a menu with expressive flavors accentuating the exquisite flavor of each glass.
