Join us for our 13th annual FREE 4th of July workout on the beach. Meet up on the beach in front of Zorbaz wearing your festive red, white, and blue. Get a fun sand workout in and hang out afterwards at Zorbaz, if you can.

Waivers will be required for those that have not dropped in with us in the last year.

Do not park on West Lake drive as they will tow cars.
