Kourtney Chapman, DNP, is a nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine. She completed her medical training at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, located in Edwardsville, Illinois. Kourtney sees patients of all ages for a variety of injuries, illnesses, and conditions. She provides general adult and pediatric wellness exams, well woman exams, sports physicals, cold and flu treatment, vaccinations, and more. She also helps manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and COPD. Kourtney believes in being an advocate for all patients.
