Claudia Ruoti joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in November 2003, bringing 15 years of financial industry experience to the position.
A graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, Claudia is a Certified Financial Planner professional, a Chartered Financial Consultant and a Chartered Life Underwriter. She holds Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus state life, health, property and casualty and annuities licenses in Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida, Georgia and Illinois. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Financial Services Institute and the Newport County Chamber of Commerce.

Each plan includes recommendations for specific financial products and services to support those goals. Claudia regularly hosts Lunch & Learn presentations at federal agencies, and she enjoys helping federal employees integrate their benefits into a comprehensive financial plan to pursue their financial goals.
