Boston International Kids Film Festival takes place November 3-6, 2016 at the Somerville Theatre and the Arlington Capitol Theatre.

Developed by professional filmmakers and educators, the festival offers thought-provoking films from around the world that are made for kids and by kids, and a variety of hands-on workshops that will enable the next generation of filmmakers to realize the power and potential of media.

Films being screened include Annabelle, Hooper and the Ghosts of Nantucket,  Life Animated,  a series of short films about kids, student films, and much more. 

 In addition, there will a workshop hosted by Media Girls and an all-day work-shop on film making where students will learn to make a film in a day
