| Specifically for: Children 4-6 years old This 6-week series helps children explore compassion, self-awareness, and self-control. Each class will include a mindfulness exercise and an art or play activity to encourage self-regulation, compassion, and kindness. Children will also practice identifying feelings, effective communication and problem solving as they recognize the benefits that kindness can bring to their lives. RSVP:   Register online. Registration required.
