About Us:

Century-old nonprofit provider of home health care and hospice end-of-life services for residents of Fairfield, New Haven and Litchfield counties.   One of the state's largest home health agencies, VNS of Connecticut employes more than 500 nurses, therapists, home health aides, etc. through branch offices in Norwalk, Bridgeport, Trumbull, Oxford and Torrington.  VNS of Connecticut, whose mission is to ensure quality home health services for everyone in its community regardless of their ability to pay, also sponsors treatment for the terminally ill through its Hospice at Home program.
