To the Pointe is a group of professional, dedicated, and skilled educators and an energetic, customer-responsive, and integrity-driven administrative staff. Together, our team will bring consistent, high-quality services, products and programs to our customers.
We will educate students, as well as the public, in the importance and value of the arts.
We will teach the “whole child” through an integration of the arts, science, health, culture, and knowledge in a professional and supportive environment.
We will work cooperatively with other art organizations and artists.
We will provide performance opportunities to people in the communities we serve.
We will serve as a training ground for performers, teachers and artists.
We will adhere to the highest standards and ethics in training for the performing arts and will exhibit professionalism in and out of the business.

We will practice proper teaching techniques and student training that incorporate age appropriate skills, music and costuming, and that are bio-mechanically correct.
We will teach the art of dance, not just how to move.

We will have written curricula and set of standards for every class we teach and a set of policies for everything we do.
We will, to the best of our ability, make classes and programs available to every person who shares our passion, regardless of financial capability.
We will be committed to the development of our staff, systems, and programs.
We will maintain an inventory of quality products to better serve our customers.
We will offer special pricing and act as a resource to school and community groups to help them achieve the best results possible. As part of this effort, we will donate volunteer hours to schools and non-profit groups.
