About Tillamook County Arts Network:

Tillamook County Arts Network was birthed in 2000 by a room full of people who could see the wealth of creative potential lying dormant for lack of organization. Tillamook County, a 74-mile long section of the North Coast of Oregon, is one of the most beautiful places in the country. Though is rains a lot (often 100+ inches per rain), people of every creative persuasion are attracted to the natural beauty and the individuals who chose to make this place their home.

The site serves the “creative” community of Tillamook County and those wishing to know more who creates here and how to experience it all. What you’ll find on these pages are the writers, painters, sculptors, weavers, actors, musicians and others who are actively participating in their craft. Some sell and perform locally, others travel the country and the globe to share their talents.  You’ll also find Tillamook County’s arts organizations, unique arts-related businesses and local venues that host events.

Since 2000, Tillamook County has experienced a cultural renaissance as more events, galleries and creatives are arriving to become part of the strong cultural nucleus which has been illuminated on these pages.

The Board of Tillamook County Arts Network invites you explore the site and get to know the true “culture” of this place which has been known for years through its cheese/dairy culture.
