We are a friendly active 55+ senior low income resident community. Our 6 floor high-rise building is situated right on one of the best canals in New Port Richey, great for avid fishermen or nature watchers. The canal boasts grouper, snook, big reds, snapper, trout, flounder, shark, oysters, crabs, conch and sea bass as well as dolphins, rays and manatees which often come to feed. Fishing is private and limited to our residents and their guests.

Our 10 acre property is a beautiful park-like setting with plenty of benches and quite places to read or walk. We have a lovely pool and jacuzzi hot tub, a hair salon, shuffleboard, horseshoes, badmitten, croquette, picnic area with outdoor charcoal grill, an ATM machine, food and drink vending machines,a fully stocked beautiful library, a multipurpose room with prep kitchen which residents may use for private or public events, a lovely ballroom where we conduct our conventions, breakfasts, and dinner/dances, a computer room, exercise room, billards table, tv room, and pet area. We also have an outreach program run by resident volunteers which includes providing residents in need with clothing, a food pantry, household goods and furniture. Many of our current residents came here with nothing but were able to furnish their entire apartments with the help of our amazing volunteer team, which currently has 38 members.

There are plenty of regular activities available including water aerobics classes, silver sneakers exercise, yoga, zumba, line dancing classes, art classes, music group, book club, bible study groups, crafts classes, movie night, women's clubs, daily cards and games, and regular Sunday Holy Communion.
