My farm has a very large garden and 4000 square feet under plastic, (2 large greenhouses ) that are cultivated. There is a 3 acre woods, with red alder and maple and I have planted understory herbs and mushrooms to be harvested at some later date in the future. I try to work with nature, and improve the soil. I invite people to visit my farm and see what I have been growing. Here is a partial list of what we produce: vegetables, carrots, beets, cabbages, broccoli, 3 variety of peas, pole and bush beans, garlic and onions. Tomatoes, heirloom varieties, Peppers both hot and sweet and some unique varities, eggplant . Salad greens, Asian Greens, Gourmet Salad mixes, Chinese broccolis and mustards and some soft fruit.
