The Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad, Inc. is an independent non-profit corporation dedicated to providing emergency medical services (EMS), non-emergency ambulance transportation, and safety training to the Summit community. All of our services are provided free of charge.
As the primary EMS agency for the City of Summit, the First Aid Squad responds to various types of emergency 9-1-1 calls for help. We also provide non-emergency services including "stand by" response at community events and non-emergency transportation for Summit residents.
We are staffed 100% by volunteers.
