Summer Grove is owned and operated by the Jemsek family, owners of Cog Hill in Chicago and winners of the Jack Nicklaus Family Golf Award. Spread over 250 beautiful acres of rolling hills, Summer Grove was designed by Joe Jemsek and Jeff Burton and opened in 1999. Summer Grove's 18-hole, par 72 golf course wanders through native dogwoods and pine trees, preserved wetlands, and wildlife habitats. Summer Grove also features a practice facility and 3-hole short course.
