The Street Angels were founded immediately after Monson's June 1st, 2011 tornado. They match peoples needs with volunteers. Since June 1st, The Street Angels walk the affected streets and find out what the residents needs are. Then they match those needs with volunteers at no cost to our residents. During any disaster it's important to have a strong organized volunteer base in any town and the Street Angels fill that need. They are now teaching this concept to different towns/groups so that they can be of assistance in their communities. More info and the work they continue to do is found at www.streetangel.org.
