The Parks and Recreation Department provides parks, facilities and recreational opportunities for all residents of San Carlos. Programs and services are provided at parks and sites throughout San Carlos including Burton Park, the Senior Center, the Youth Center and Laureola Park.

Our programs, services and facilities are designed to strengthen community image and sense of place, support economic development, strengthen safety and security, promote health and wellness, foster human development, increase cultural unity, protect environmental resources, facilitate community problem solving and provide recreational experiences.
