Richland Arts Foundation (RAF) is dedicated to supporting the Tri-City community by funding quality art of all kinds: visual, literary, and performing. Founded in 2011 as a 501(c)(3) foundation with the IRS, RAF hopes to improve the quality of life through art. RAF has won a grant through the Washington State Arts Commission and will be producing a video on local art, as well as an art Symposium where the video will be premiered in Spring 2013.
