The Redlands Art Association (RAA) is a 501c3 organization that was founded in 1964 to encourage and support the visual arts in the City of Redlands and neighboring communities. It is an all-volunteer organization encouraging membership not only of artists, but people who appreciate and support the arts. We offer Classes and Programs to the public and encourage and support one of the largest Fine Arts Galleries in the Inland Empire open to the public free of charge.
RAA maintains an Art Center and sales Gallery at its downtown Redlands location. Art classes, programs, workshops, and demonstrations are conducted at the Art Center, and RAA established the Margaret Clark Art Education Enrichment Fund (MCAEEF) to ensure ongoing financial support for art education programs.
RAA displays art in public buildings, and sponsors several popular exhibits including the annual juried Multi-Media Mini Show at the San Bernardino County Museum and two outdoor sales, Art-in-the-Park held in the Spring and Art-at-the-Depot in the Fall.
RAA has no paid staff. Generous volunteers perform all the duties required to run the organization and manage the Art Center and Gallery.a
