"Mon Ami" means "my friend". The bond between horse and rider is a powerful one: and, just as there are powerful ties that bind people together, there is a special kind of trust that develops in our relationship with our horse. As long as you don't break that trust, horses will give you their heart and soul.
I have been immersed in my passion for horses for most of my life. I appreciate being a part of the transitions the students and horses make as they develop to the point where they act as one, and communicate effortlessly. Riding develops a love for the outdoors, and the freedom and openness that is fostered in the presence of horses.
It is important for you to respect your horse and for him to respect you. Fitness of his mind and body and your continuing love and friendship for him will bring you both a relationship you will feel proud of and safely keep it growing.
My goal is to make you and your horse the best you can be. With that in mind, I will develop a series of educational steps designed specifically for you which will strengthen and create an enduring, enjoyable relationship with your horse, your friend.
