The Lake Worth Art League, Inc. was founded in 1941, and is a 501C(3) nonprofit, educational organization established to further the studies of the arts and their development and to enhance the cultural life of its Members, the City of Lake Worth, and its neighboring communities. To achieve these goals we provide the following:

SPACIOUS GALLERY

with Special Exhibition Room & Boutique where all Members have an opportunity to compete, show their work and the public can view and study the work at no charge. All work in the Gallery is for sale.

OUTDOOR SHOWS

"Art On The Avenue" is held at the Lake Worth Cultural Plaza and additional shows are held at the Lake Worth Beach Casino Complex.

ART CLASSES

in a variety of mediums for a nominal fee by noted instructors. 

MEETINGS, ART DEMOS & LECTURES

presented by noted artists on differing techniques and subjects; free of charge

LENDING LIBRARY

of donated art books and instructional videos for our Members use; free of charge. $10 deposit on DVD's. Check out with Gallery Sitter.

OPEN STUDIO THURSDAYS

From 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Suggested donation $5.

Non-members welcome at $10,

SCHOLARSHIPS

are provided to local schools for art supplies and equipment to encourage interest in art
