Green Wave Gardens is now offering a vegetable and fruit CSA program that begins in June, and runs through the end of September. You can sign up anytime during the season for a prorated amount. The 17 week program includes a variety of fruits, nuts, and vegetables grown exclusively by Green Wave Gardens. We have two share options; the Full Share will feed a family of four for a week, while the Half Share will feed a family of two. We also offer a Winter Share that includes nuts, winter squash, potatoes, onions, garlic, and shallots. All CSA Shares receive 15% off our market prices. Due to the number of CSA Shares being limited, please email [email protected] or call our office (509) 732-8896 or Mojave (509)230-8165, for an application and more information. If you would like additional fruits or vegetables, please contact Green Wave two days in advance to have your order completed. Email and phone messages are both accepted and will be returned. Green Wave Gardens is a certified organic (WSDA # 1885), family owned and operated farm. We specialize in over 49 varieties of gourmet garlic for seedstock and culinary use, mixed vegetables (including over 50 varieties of heirloom tomatoes), rare tree fruit (apples, pears, plums, cherries), berries (strawberries, mulberries, raspberries), and nuts (walnuts, chestnuts, hazelnuts, hickory nuts).

Green Wave garlic is available through our Mail Order system at www.greenwavegardens.com, as well as at markets and select stores. Green Wave produce is available at the Spokane Farmers' Market (on 2nd between Division and Browne in downtown Spokane), through our new CSA share option, and also from various grocery stores in the Eastern Washington area.
