The Greater Lawrence Community Partnerships for Children Program (GLCPC) is an early education and care program funded by Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC). The Cities and Towns covered by the GLCPC include Lawrence, Methuen, Andover and North Andover.  The councils are composed of local early education and care providers, Family Care providers, parents, representation from Early Intervention, Family Services, Higher Education, Local Businesses, other social services agencies i.e. WIC.

Comprehensive services  offered through the GLCPC include  parent trainings and workshops, early childhood training and higher education coursework for staff, Mental Health consultation services and assistance and support NAEYC accreditation NAFCC accreditation.
