Our CSA members enjoy more than a delicious box of fresh 'organic' produce. We offer benefits such as cooking demos, priority listing on bulk produce sales, recipes, newsletters, and much more. Here is our sample CSA Menu for 2011: Season permitting SPRING: asparagus, baby mesclun mix, spinach, radishes, turnips, braising greens,scallion baby beets & carrots, sugar snap peas, heirloom lettuces and much more. SUMMER: heirloom tomatoes, toybox cherry tomatoes, peppers(bell, frying, & hot), corn, eggplant, beans(french, Italian, & shelling), cabbage, herbs, melons, berries, summer squash, specialty potatoes and so much more. FALL: many varieties of winter squash, pie pumpkins, kale, chard, leeks potatoes, beans, heirloom lettuces, celeriac, asian stirfry mix, broccoli and Italian chicories and greens and much more.

Golden Harvest Farm is a 4th generation family farm. We grow specialty produce with an accent on "heirloom" and rare seeds. All our vegetables are grown "pesticide and chemical free" with a keen eye and practice toward "environmentally safe and sound farming". For 2010 season we will be offering CSA membership subscribtions as well as vegetable plants, herbs, and annual flowers in our greenhouse location. Our fields are managed by careful rotation of hay (clover, timothy and alfalfa), landscaping straw (rye), and a number of cover crops. We have hay and straw bales available for sale all year round.
