The General Tommy Franks Leadership Institute and Museum is a unique educational facility that offers leadership training and showcases artifacts from General Franks' personal collection, military artifacts from WWI through the War on terror and taveling exhibits.

Located int he southwest Oklahoma town of Hobart, the leadership programs and museum are housed in recently renovated historic donwtown buildings. The museum is a 9,500 square foot facility which includes a display gallery, gift shop and show room. Leadership programs are conducted in the three-story historic Stanley Building.
