Friends of Marcellus Park is an organization that was formed after the Town of Marcellus accepted the park from Onondaga County.

Its mission statement is to enhance and preserve the beauty, service and use of Marcellus Park.

Over the years the Friends of Marcellus Park have been instrumental planning for the park’s future and with park clean-up days.

The Memorial Garden and Plant your Roots programs offer individuals the opportunity to plant a living memorial within the park.
