The Festival of Trees is a holiday fundraiser conceived of and organized as the result of a shared planning session between Brian Varvel and Christy Bohlen, both real estate consultants with Keller Williams Premier Realty in Katy, Texas.  The event culminated from a brainstorming session about fulfilling a commitment to a fourth quarter fundraiser for the benefit of The Ballard House, a not-for-profit facility in Katy dedicated to providing free housing to patients and their families visiting the Katy area for treatment of life-threatening illnesses.
