Toastmasters is a worldwide non-profit organization dedicated to improving public speaking and leadership skills.  DiversityUSA Toastmasters is an Advanced club with membership requirements but guests are welcome.  Meetings are typically held at 7pm on the 4th Thursday of each at the Ridgefield Library.
