Deep Valley Farms is a small, sustainably run, family farm. We use organic methods to grow both heirloom and hybrid varities of vegetables, flowers, fruit and herbs. We offer a 12 week vegetable and flower CSA. In addition, we also sell eggs from chickens we free range.
We market our produce at a local farmer's market and sell from our farm. We welcome vlounteers during every phase and production and scheduled farm tours are availble.
We are stewards of 40 acre; ten acres are in a three year rotation; four of those acres are currently in production and another six have cover crop or are used as pasture. We have set aside 12 acres as a wildlife refuge and the remaining 28 acres are wooded and allowed to stay in their natural state.
Deep Valley Farms CSA offers seasonal vegetables, flowers, fruit and herbs. We offe a minimum of three varities of each item listed except some herbs, okra and peas: Strawberries, black berries Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans, potatoes, onions, okra and purple hull peas basil, chives, garlic, cilantro, lavendar, Free range eggs
