The Guild:
The Columbus Artists’ Guild in Columbus, Georgia, was formed in 1950, and is a 501-c3 non-profit organization. Membership is open to all artists and art lovers. Its purpose is to be a meeting place for local artists to come together, to learn, and to gain support from old and new friendships.
The Programs:
Each month, the guild offers meetings featuring an art related program or demonstration which is open to the public. Other activities of the Guild include group paint-outs and workshops. Guild members are available to speak at school or club functions.
Shows:
The Guild sponsors two or more shows each year, and other opportunities to exhibit for its membership. There are currently over 170 members.
