The Chandler St Clinic is our brand new Pediatric and Prenatal Services facility that provides comprehensive medical services and education to patients, and will be open to patients beginning on 01/05/2015. Services provided are Pediatric and Prenatal Case Management, Hoosier Healthwise eenrollment and Prescription Assistant Program for established qualifying patients. These services are provided by Pediatricians, a Nurse Midwife,  and A Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
