Calvary Presbyterian Church is nestled comfortably between the "large church" and "small church" labels. Calvary offers the advantages of a large church, such as exciting Sunday school programs, active and ambitious student ministries, and diverse music ministries. Calvary also displays the heart of a small church by providing a warm, caring, and personal fellowship where you and your family can learn and grow in your relationship with God.
Strengthened by our past:
Calvary has a rich history in the Logansport community. On Chirstmas Eve in 1829, Rev. Martin Post arrived to establish the Presbyterian tradition in Logansport. Since that time, nearly two centuries ago, many generations of believers have been a part of the fellowship at Calvary Presbyterian Church.
Celebrating our future:
Calvary has maintained a role of significance in the Logansport area over that time because we are committed to growing and changing with the needs of the community. We regularly assess opportunities for ministry and, as a result, we continue to develop relevant new programs.
Part of an international family:
Calvary Presbyterian Church is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church - USA. Located within the bounds of the Lincoln Trails Synod, we are part of the Presbytery of Wabash Valley.
