Bull Fest is currently managed by S.T.B.R.A. (South Texas Bull Riders Association)

Bull Fest mission statement is to provide quality entertainment, acknowledge community leaders, advertise and promote local and national businesses, provide positive mentoring programs for youths, and benefit ALL participating nonprofit organizations.

Last year Bull Fest donated dozens of fundraising booths to local nonprofit organizations, little league teams, and church groups. Proceeds from the Rodeo Program benefitted the Kiwanis Club of Robstown.

Bull riding at Bull Fest is a non-sanctioned Bull riding, which means that any cowboy from any Pro Bull riding Association can compete to see who is the "Best of The Best". This combination makes it more interesting and exciting to watch. There may be an unknown rookie bull rider that out rides a World Caliber Bull rider. This is WORLD BULL RIDING!

Bull Fest is committed to promoting all sponsors to the fullest by introducing their company directly to the public; this allows sponsors to talk with their customers and not at their customers. This is also a great way to for business owners to meet other business owners and treat their employees to a week end full of action packed fun.
