Mission

The Bossier Arts Council is an organization of volunteers and professional staff, dedicated to promoting, supporting, and providing cultural events and programming of the highest possible quality in Bossier Parish. The Council encourages the development and growth of other arts organizations and individuals in order to enhance the quality of life and to develop a cultural identity for Bossier Parish.
