Thursdays noon - 4pm

Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm

Space is limited and appointments must be scheduled ahead of time by calling the clinic at (203) 333-9175.  Please note that the clinic is closed on holidays and holiday weekends.  If you do not speak English, please bring a friend or relative with you who can translate on your behalf.

Services Provided

• Outpatient medical care
• Pre-employment physical exams by appointment only (some exclusions apply)
• Laboratory and diagnostic testing

If we cannot help you, we will try to refer you to an appropriate resource.  All services are provided at the discretion of the clinic director.
