Winter Blood Drive at the Pleasantville High School

Health and Fitness

February 28, 2025

Over the last few months, our region has experienced a series of blood shortages. Weather conditions have forced many blood drives to cancel, respiratory and GI infections have been galloping through entire communities, and snow and cold have forced people to stay home.

Pleasantville High School will once again host a Blood Drive to assure that our area has a sufficient supply for both anticipated and emergency situations. Although the drive is located in Pleasantville, blood donors from all towns are welcome to come to lend their help. Its central location and hours of operation make it very convenient to include blood donation as part of a day’s activities.
