CHRISTMAS EVE AND NEW YEAR'S EVE

are on a Sunday, but bars and restaurants are allowed to serve late!!!!!

Westport's liquor rules were changed to allow Saturday hours on Sundays during all 3-day weekends. Since Christmas and New Year's Day are on Mondays, it applies. So plan accordingly and enjoy this opportunity to serve your patrons.

Quick FYI - It was me who proposed and achieved this modification to the law at the request of Viva Zapatas. As an RTM member I did this before I even ran the Chamber of Commerce.
