From: Wellfleet Preservation HallWe had a great first week of our Art Sparks Joy program! Registration is rolling and students can come to one or both days of programming. We snapped a few pictures of the kids during their art time, crafting clay animals for their backyard dioramas!

We are running an Intro to Photography with Robert Johnson for high school aged students starting October 9th. Register your child here for that class.
Make sure to come by the Hall to see Robert's photography exhibit, How Does Freedom Feel, up until October 1st.
As some of our faithful volunteers head off Cape now that summer has ended, we are looking for some new volunteers! Email Tammy ([email protected]) to learn more about volunteer opportunities.
Some big events and dates to keep in mind:
October 18th: Shooters, Soups & Sliders. 5-7pm. Don't miss our Pre'Fest Party! Beer on tap from Devil's Purse, plus a full bar, delicious food, a raw bar and music!
October 19 & 20th: Oysterfest! We will run our mimosa bar upstairs again this year, with soups and snacks for sale. 10am-5pm.
October 31st: Pumpkin Palooza, 5-8pm
November 24th: Annual Harvest Market, 9am-1pm.
December 7&8th: 10am-3pm. Holiday Bazaar. Be on the lookout for more info and the application process shortly.

Author Talk with Kumara Sidartha- Free Event!
Drawing from his nearly 30 years of medical practice experience with a focus on nutrition, Dr. Kumara Sidhartha uses simple, everyday examples and logic to breakdown the complex inner workings of the human body and the effect of food on these functions. There will be a Q&A after reading a section from his book, "All My Secrets."

Zoë Lewis with Roxanne Layton in Concert!
Zoë Lewis plays folk, vintage jazz and world beat grooves on anything from the piano to the spoons! This troubadour extraordinaire is originally from the UK but has called Provincetown her home for the last 30 years. She's traveled to over 70 countries picking up songs and stories along the way, released ten albums of original material, toured with the Indigo Girls, Judy Collins, Richie Havens, Nanci Griffiths and has even opened for Pat Benatar on the ukulele! She will be joined by Roxanne Layton, virtuoso recorder player from the MANNHEIM STEAMROLLER BAND, who will stun you with her wizardry of the instrument! Get ready for an upbeat and joyous show!
