Footloose
Teen Musical Institute offers teen performers the opportunity to sharpen their performance skills as they collaborate towards a fully-staged performance of a musical on our Main Stage! With dynamic new songs augmenting the powerhouse hits from its bestselling Oscar-nominated film score, Footloose celebrates the exhilaration of youth, the wisdom of listening to one another, and the power of forgiveness. This three-week program focuses on character creation, text analysis, musicality, and movement.
Performance: Thursday July 27 at 7:00 PM.
To apply, please submit a headshot or snapshot and resume to [email protected] by April 1st. Applications received after April 1 will still be considered, but on or before April 1 is preferred!

Join our creative community for four days of visual and performing arts programming! Gr. K-2 and Gr. 3-5 will explore all different types of art. Connect with other participants and teaching artists as we paint, collage, sculpt, write stories, learn theater games, and engage in movement activities throughout the day.
In case you missed the big announcement – We’re thrilled to announce that between now and WCT’s 40th Anniversary Celebration next fall, all contributions to MCA’s Capital Campaign up to $100,000 will be matched dollar for dollar to name our Black Box Theater in honor of Dinah Lane, through the generosity of anonymous donors. The matching pledge runs until the end of 2023, and the dedication to Dinah is being planned for WCT’s 40th Anniversary in the fall of 2023!
To make a contribution toward the match, text WCT40 to 44-321, or visit the Donate page at mosesianarts.org and select Capital Campaign from the drop down menu. As a bonus, all donors who give $25 or more become Mosesian Arts members, and if you donate at $100 or more, you also receive a pair of tickets (based on availability) as part of that benefit package!
For questions about the Capital Campaign, please contact Jeannette Belcher-Schepis, Director of Development: [email protected] or phone 617-923-0100 x8300
