An iconic building in the historic downtown district of Bowling Green, KY the Capitol Arts Center features a 750-seat auditorium and Capitol Books, a used bookstore operated by the Friends of Warren County Public Library. Are you ready for an epic night of adventure? Then join us tonight for the launch of M Hendrix's new book, The Chaperone, as part of The Resistance Tour! The Chaperone is an adventure story for teens and adults alike, with themes of rebellion, friendship, and donuts (yes, donuts!). At the launch party, you'll get to meet M Hendrix and hear all about the inspiration behind the book. But that's not all! Loads of fun activities are planned, like a costume contest where you can dress up as your favorite character, a book-themed photo booth for some Insta-worthy shots, and free artifacts to take home. Plus, you'll get to indulge in some seriously delicious donuts from GADS, the local donut shop that's featured in the book. And, of course, there'll be music from the novel to keep the party going.
