We wanted to share with you a STEM opportunity for your library.  Please note the message from Mauree Haage the North Central Iowa STEM Regional Manager:

As you may know, the Iowa Governor’s STEM Council recently released the programs that are part of the 2023 Scale-Up menu. This program provides materials that could be adapted to library programming suitable for K-12 STEM related events. The materials are free for the libraries to keep. Scale-Up is a great way for librarians (and other educators) to receive STEM materials. What's even better, training of the materials is built into the process, so you will know how to use whatever you're awarded. Please take a look at the menu and consider applying!  The deadline to apply is February 28 at 6 PM.  If you would like to discuss the programs in more detail or have questions about the application process, please feel free to contact me.
