From: Spartanburg Philharmonic OrchestraWE ARE Swept Away By Romance
While there's a whole era of classical music we call the "romantic period," it's not the only compositions that can evoke feelings of love and devotion. Sometimes you get hooked by the story behind the piece, sometimes it's the notes themselves that sweep you up in their embrace, sometimes it's simply sharing an experience with the one you love. This February, we invite you to find your moment of romance through the power of LIVE music. Set the tone for your Valentine's Day celebrations with emotional, evocative pieces from Jennifer Higdon, Edward Elgar, or even He Zhanhao’s The Butterfly Lovers Concerto.

An undoubtedly expressive performer, Claire's brings an emotional elegance to the piece that will be dazzling to watch as she takes the stage for Heart, Soul & Cello.
