Spotlight: Memorable Music Moments
There's so many truly magical moments in Tchaikovsky's vibrant, rich score that it's tough to pick a favorite. Watch as Ballet Spartanburg's dancers share their top "music moment" and get to know the artists preparing to take the stage for The Nutcracker in just ONE week.
Put yourself in a festive mood with a free concert with our friends at the Spartanburg Community Band and their annual Christmas Concert. Mark your calendars for December 18 at 4:00 PM at Twichell Auditorium and make plans to enjoy an afternoon of holiday carols led by conductor (and long time SPhil Principal Tuba), John Holloway.
This January 6th, the Grammy-winning Queen of Bluegrass, Rhonda Vincent, is coming to the District 3 Auditorium. While not a Bluegrass Spartanburg concert, we know Rhonda has plenty of fans our list that would love to see her perform once again.
Join us on Friday, December 9 at 12:00 PM at The Piedmont Club for a special lunch with special guest and Music Director finalist Geneviève Leclair. Geneviève is excited to return to Spartanburg to lead the Nutcracker, and is ready to meet fellow music lovers and share all she knows about Tchaikovsky's beloved score.
Non-Piedmont Club Members must RSVP and pre-pay for the luncheon by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.
Current Club Members should contact the Piedmont Club to RSVP.
All attendees must follow the Piedmont Club’s Policies & Dress Code
