February 24, 2024

7 to 11 pm: Game Night at The Drift In

Come support the parade and have some fun. There are many games to choose from. Bring your friends and get a game going. Play the Big LCR Game (it's easy to play, no skill is required, and directions will be given out at the door) for a $20 entry fee, up to 10 tables of 10. The winner of each table wins $50 and moves on to a finals table, and the 1st and 2nd places win $$$. Prize $ based on the number of entries. After the Big Game, we will have smaller single tables of 10 with a $ 5 entry. The winner gets $30. We will also have a raffle for some great donations from local merchants.

Noon - St. Pat's Plunge

St. Pat's Plunge to be held at Humarock Beach

Meet at the Voyage Restaurant pre-plunge to get instructions. Then meet back to the Voyage after the plunge for refreshments.

Get a St. Pat's Plunge beach towel for every $100 in pledges you raise.

6:00 PM - Grand Marshals Dinner at Drift In (Widows Walk Golf Course)

Dinner of corned beef and cabbage or chicken will be served at 7 PM, proceeded by recognition of the corporate sponsors of the parade and then presentations from State Rep. Patrick Kearney and Senator Patrick O'Connor to the Grand Marshal of the parade and the Rose of the parade. Then the drawing of the three winners of the Mayor's Voting Raffle followed by the announcement of the winner of the Mayor's Race.

?Come see who wins and have some good food and fun, all for only $20 PP (pay at the door). Reservations suggested.

1 PM - Scituate St. Patrick's Parade

The parade kicks off at the Veterans Memorial Gym (the old Gates Intermediate School) and heads down First Parish Road, takes a left onto Front Street, through Scituate Harbor, up Beaver Dam Road, and right onto Jericho Road, where the parade ends at 44 Jericho Rd near the intersection of Hatherly Road. No parking on Front St After 10:00 AM. Parking will be hard to come by in Scituate Harbor. We advise people to use the parking lots at Scituate High School, which will have shuttle busses bring you to the starting area of the parade, and at Widows Walk Golf Course parking lot (look for parking sign), where shuttle buses will pick up and be dropping parade goers off at the corner of 1st Parish Road and Front St. From there you can find a great place to view the parade anywhere along its route. The shuttles will begin again when the parade ends. Shuttles will begin at 11:00 AM
