6pm: Cocktail party in the Hospitality Suite: Reunite with old friends and meet new ones! Cocktail party

8pm-2am: Welcome party with DJ Walt Digz, Dance Performances.

Friday, February 7, 2025

11am-5pm: 4 ballrooms of workshops every hour in Cuban dance (including casino, rueda de casino, afro-Cuban, rumba, suelta, reggaeton, son, cha cha cha, and more!) and Timbaversity!

6pm: Cocktail party in the Hospitality Suite: Reunite with old friends and meet new ones! Cocktail party

8pm-2am: Old Skool Timba welcome party and performances with festival DJ Walt Digz and DJ Dark Rum.

9:00 pm: Live Rumba with Bay Area Rumba All-Stars

2am-5am: After Party Room on the 36th floor

Saturday, February 8, 2025

10am-4:00pm: 4 ballrooms of workshops every hour in Cuban dance (including casino, rueda de casino, afro-Cuban, rumba, suelta, reggaeton, son, cha cha cha, and more!) and Timbaversity!

8pm-2am: Performances and live concert El Niño y La Verdad.

2am-5am: After Party Room on the 36th floor

Sunday, February 9. 2025

11am-5:00pm: 4 ballrooms of workshops every hour in Cuban dance (including casino, rueda de casino, afro-Cuban, rumba, suelta, reggaeton, son, cha cha cha, and more!) and Timbaversity!

6pm: Cocktail Party in the Hospitality Suite

8pm-2am: Farewell Party with DJs Walt Digz, Dark Rum, Poncho, Alan, Pepe and Juan Love. Mega - Rueda!!

Individual and packages of workshop tickets can be purchased at the registration desk. Please leave enough time before the workshop you want to take to purchase tickets. Cash or Venmo only.
