14th annual Rio Frio Ice Fest. Organized by the City of Alamosa Parks and Recreation, Alamosa County Chamber of Commerce and “Visit Alamosa,” the Ice Fest Committee chose “The 90s” theme to give the festival a whole new theme and look.
