Program Highlights
Queer Week is back from July 7-12! Once again curated by writer Andrea Lawlor, Queer Week will bring queer and trans writers and artists together for a week-long celebration of the LGBTQ+ creative community.
Poet Nicole Sealey will be teaching a workshop titled "Seeing is Believing: Drafting the Lasting Image." As poets, after mining our respective memories, how do we deepen the reader's experience with the poem via the image? How does one draft a lasting image? This workshop seeks to focus the image at the poem’s center.
"Thank you for the opportunity to take such a great and life-changing course! I was able to broaden my horizons, gain important knowledge, and embrace the opportunity to try something I have always hoped to explore."
-Michael Gillane, Summer Program Student
