Here's the HO-HO-HO Way to Make Your Big Day!

7:30 am

- Race-day Packet Pickup and Race Registration (for those who haven't yet registered and/or picked up race swag)

- Get the party started with DJ Zeus

- Family Fun (face painting, tattoos, kid's games, photo booth, SANTA CLAUS, and so much MORE!)

- Exhibitor/Sponsor Extravaganza

The Race Party:

- 8:00 am - 11:30 am - Vendor Showcase, Games, and Family Fun Activities on the Plaza

- 8:00 am - 11:00 am - CFC Coffee Bean Cafe offers a warm and friendly place to enjoy delicious hot beverages and good company before, during, and after the races.

- 8:00 am - 10:00am - Holiday Carolers LIVE on the Plaza

- 8:40 am - Turn up the heat with pre-race warmups by Oak Health Club

- 9:00 am – 10K Runners get the Party Rolling!

- 9:10 am – 5K Runners kick it into High Gear!

- 9:30 am – When you cross the Finish Line, re-fuel with a warm, delicious slice of Domino's Pizza.

- 10:15 am – 5K/10K and Special Awards announced in front of the CFC Campus

- 10:30 am – 1-Mile Jammie Jingler's boost the fun factor with jingle bells to ring in that Holiday Spirit

- 10:45 am – Costume Contest winner announced

- 11:30 am – Last Call

Are you interested in serving your community and helping out with the Ringing In Hope, JINGLE BELL ROCK & RUN (5K, 10k & 1-Mile Jammie Jingle) on December 9, 2023? If so, we have a spot for you! Whether you want to help with set up/tear down, family fun, registration, or another aspect of the event, we welcome your support. You can sign up as an individual, with a friend, or even with a group. This is also a great opportunity for high school students to earn volunteer credit.
