The Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival highlights the many aspects of mountain culture throughout the world. The showing at WSU will be comprised of several films varying in lengths from two minutes to full-length feature film productions. The majority of films feature stunning cinematography of adventure-based activities such as skiing, climbing, kayaking, base jumping, mountain biking, and more, to highlight the nuances of civilization, and shed light on areas less traveled.

Please arrive at the CUB Auditorium at least 20 minutes prior to showtime to pick up your ticket. The show starts at 7:00pm and the theater doors open at 6:00pm. If you have not picked up your ticket 20 minutes prior to the showing, seats will be released as this is a popular event. There will be no refunds for purchased tickets.

Cost: January 25 for $7/$15 (UREC member/non-UREC member). Friday onward, tickets online are $12/$20 (member/non-member). If the show does not sell out in advance, remaining tickets will be sold at the door for $20 (regardless of student/membership status).
