We'll have Maine Marimba Ensemble filling the Shaw and Family Sculpture Park with the sweet sweet sounds of summer, the Black Tie café serving up drinks and snacks, and Ferdinand Jewelry with all of your accessory-needs in their pop-up shop at the PMA Store. A series of large-scale paintings highlighting Katz's interest in the intersection of art and fashion, the texture of the painted surface, and the flatness of pictorial space. In his art autobiography Invented Symbols, Katz wrote, “Fashion is of the moment, and art is supposed to be forever.”
