Our 108th season opens with Prokófiev's timeless masterpiece, Romeo and Juliet, Suite No. 2 featuring THE most recognized love theme of all. Actors Marianne Leone and Ed Hoopman then narrate Peter Boyer's poignant, Ellis Island: The Dream of America, accompanied by the orchestra. Journey through history in this multi-media performance as music intertwines with stories of immigrants seeking new beginnings in the land of dreams.
