Placerville Arts Association (PAA) is excited to announce the Call to Artists for the 57th National Mother Lode Art Exhibition (ML23). This national show, open to artists in the USA, will be held this year in November at the MACC gallery in Rancho Cordova, CA.

Deadline is Friday, September 22 at noon Pacific Standard Time and you don’t need to be a PAA member to enter!

Placerville Arts Association has proudly produced this open themed, open medium, juried show for 56 years. Last year was a huge success, and this year they have added two additional awards for a total of 16 awards equaling a total of $3250 in cash prizes, with $500 going to the Best of Show.

Sacramento artist William Ishmael will be the judge, and they offer a generous commission to artists of 80% of sales.
